Extending PRO All Access
In January this year, we made the decision to open up access to premium content on CO to our entire membership, for a period of 6 months. We did not anticipate that just one month later, Covid-19 would change everything for the fashion industry, from retail, to factory, to field.
As we look to a rebuilding our industry beyond the pandemic, we believe it is more important than ever to support our members with full access to premium intelligence, training, and tools on CO. Since we opened up access we have seen a spike in engagement with our platform, and we want to use this to the benefit of our members - in particular suppliers and factories, and the communities they support, that have been hard hit through order cancellations.
For these reasons, we have made the decision to extend access to all premium content on CO, until 1st November.
We hope that this will give you time to access and use all that CO has to offer to further your personal and business ambitions. Covid-19 has put the spotlight on the inequities in global supply chains. The origin of the crisis has brought home the impact of exploitation of our natural environment. For many, this pandemic has increased determination to operate more responsibly - to reset our industry and emerge with sustainability at the core of our practices.
It is our mission to help our community to lead this change.

How do I access PRO content on CO?
All CO users - new and existing - will continue to have access to all PRO content until 1st November 2020. This is automatic for all of our members - you don’t need to do anything. Just log in :-)
I paid for access to PRO prior to the launch of PRO All Access. Will I benefit from the offer?
Yes you will. We’ll pause your payments for the duration of the offer and you will be invited to our exclusive CO Insiders group - see below for more information on this.
If you have a monthly subscription: We’ll continue to press pause on your monthly payments until 1st November. When your gifted period comes to an end, you will automatically begin paying again unless you decide to cancel. We'll send you an email when the gifted period is coming to an end so that you're aware.
If you have an annual subscription: We’ll gift you an entire year for free. This will begin from your next subscription renewal date after January 28th 2020. When your gifted period comes to an end, you will automatically begin paying again unless you decide to cancel. We'll send you an email when the gifted period is coming to an end so that you're aware.
I currently have a Spotlight membership. Do I get free access too?
Part of the reason why we are offering PRO access to the entire network is to increase value for Spotlight members. More members on site accessing PRO content, will mean more regular engagement with notices and businesses like yours on CO. As a spotlight member, you will continue to pay your monthly or yearly subscription, and with that, retain exclusive access to all spotlight benefits, which include increased profile functionality, profile banner space and the use of CO noticeboards.
